New Delhi, Dec 2 (INN): Telugu Desam Party president N Chandrababu Naidu came down heavily on Karnataka Chief Minister BS Yeddyurappa, accusing him of having surrendered to the dictates of the Gali Brothers.The former chief minister accused Yeddyurappa of being afraid of the Reddy brothers. He demanded that the Karnataka Chief Minister drop the brothers from the cabinet to curb the illegal mining activities.Mr Naidu said that he will take up the fight with the help of like-minded parties.
He had earlier demanded a CBI probe into the mining activities into the companies owned by the brothers in Anantapur district.Mr Naidu said, "The Chief Minister of Karnataka is afraid of Tourism Minister G Janardhana Reddy and Revenue Minister G Karunakara Reddy. He has totally surrendered before the mining mafia." He was speaking to reporters in New Delhi on Wednesday.Mr Naidu further said that he had demanded that Yeddyurappa drop both of the ministers from his cabinet. He alleged the Galy brothers are dictating terms to the governments".The former chief minister said he would call a meeting of like-minded parties in New Delhi next week to decide on the next course of action on the issue.
