Sonia declares Roshaiah as the CLP leader.

Much awaited Congress Legislature Party (CLP) meeting which was convened yesterday has passed the resolution to leave the matter of announcement of CLP leader to AICC President Sonia Gandhi.

Even YS Jaganmohan Reddy who waited for the opportunity of crowning the Chief Ministerial position has surrendered to the central high command and himself tabled the resolution.

Just few minutes ago, respecting the State CLP’s resolution Sonia Gandhi after holding the discussion with Pranab Mukherjee and Veerappa Moily has declared the name of Roshaiah as the CLP leader. So, at last Roshaiah gets the nod from Central High Command and State congress leaders and will be the CLP leader for the State from now on.
