Naidu's remarks may hurt BJP-TDP alliance: Kishan Reddy

BJP Telangana unit president G Kishan Reddy on Friday expressed regrets over some remarks made by TDP chief N Chandrababu Naidu criticising the BJP.

Speaking to INN, Kishan Reddy said that Naidu should have conveyed his feelings directly to the BJP leadership instead of speaking out the same in a public meeting. He said such moves could hurt the TDP-BJP alliance in the State and would send wrong message among the people. He said Naidu could have spoken to BJP senior leader Prakash Javedkar or others. However, by criticising BJP, Naidu has raised a question mark over his party's alliance with the BJP.

Kishan Reddy said that the BJP was not supporting the YSRCP candidates in Seemandhra and it gave tickets to the senior leaders who have been working for the party since a long time.
