Bhuvaneswari stalling Roja’s entry?

Hyderabad,Nov 21: Cine  actor-turned politician Roja,who has been keeping a low-low ever since the death of Rajasekhara Reddy,is planning to stage a comeback into politics.According to reliable sources,she has been  sending feelers to Telugu Desam chief Nara Chandrababu Naidu about her intention to get back home,the TDP fold.In the path taken by Devender Goud,Tammineni Sitaram and other leaders who returned to the TDP,she too is optimistic that the party would embrace her back into its fold.However,the biggest opposition to Roja’s entry to TDP springs not from the TDP leadership,but from Bhuvaneswari,wife of Nara Chandrababu Naidu,say NTR’s family sources.

The reason for opposing Roja’s entry to TDP is linked to a popular belief that her association portends an evil called ``iron leg’’in local parlance.Going by the recent events,it is well known that Roja’s entry into Congress coincided with the death of YSR.This gave room for Roja’s antagonists in the Congress to nickname her as``iron leg’’.Whether it is fortuitous or not,but Bhuvaneswari seems determined to negate Roja’s entry with a big No.However,politics makes strange bed-partners,and gives no room for principles or superstitions when it comes to power.
