Congress MLC Ponguleti Sudhakar Reddy has demanded that Aam Aadmi Party tender an unconditional apology for including the name of AICC Vice-President Rahul Gandhi in the list of corrupt politicians.
Speaking to media persons here on Saturday, Ponguleti said that the allegations of corruption against Rahul Gandhi were baseless and aimed at tarnishing his image. By naming Rahul Gandhi, the AAP has exhibited its enmity towards the AICC Vice-President. He said that Rahul Gandhi never indulged in corruption and never even tolerated such practices.
Ponguleti expressed surprise that AAP has spared Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi from the list of corrupt politicians. He said that the exclusion clearly indicates that Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has a soft corner towards the BJP and his party could sail with Modi in future.
