The indefinite hunger strike of YSR Congress Party president YS Jagan Mohan Reddy entered third day on Monday.
Jagan launched his indefinite fast at his party office Lotus Pond at Jubilee Hills in protest against the Union Cabinet's decision to bifurcate Andhra Pradesh to carve out Telangana. He has been demanding that the Centre reverse its decision. He also said that the division of State was not possible without passing a resolution in the State Legislative Assembly.
Several YSRCP activists turned up in large numbers at the Lotus Pond to express solidarity with Jagan.
