Jagan seeks court permission to visit YSR's samadhi

Ysr Congress Party president YS Jagan Mohan Reddy on Thursday approached the CBI Special Court seeking permission to visit Idupulapaya in Kadapa district, the resting place of his late father and former Chief Minister Dr YS Rajasekhara Reddy.

In his petition, Jagan sought court's permission to leave the city for three days. He wants to visit Idupulapaya on October 1 and 2nd and he also wants to participate in farmers' agitation on Samaikhyandhra on October 4 in Guntur.

It may be mentioned that the CBI Court, which granted bail to Jagan on September 23, had directed him not to leave Hyderabad without court's permission.
