Kiran did not discuss his resignation with SA ministers

Tribal Welfare Minister Pasupuleti Balaraju on Sunday clarified that Chief Minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy has not discussed the issue of his resignation with any of the cabinet colleagues, especially those from the Seemandhra regions.

Talking to reporters here, Balaraju said that the Chief Minister did not give a hint that he would quit from the post if the Centre decides to divide Andhra Pradesh. However, he did not rule out such a possibility.

Balaraju said that all the ministers from Seemandhra region have made it clear to Congress president Sonia Gandhi that they would resign from their posts if the Centre divides the State.
