CM expresses shock over Kotagiri's demise

Chief Minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy expressed shock and grief over the sudden demise of Sri Kotagiri Vidyadhara Rao, former minister and Congress leader.

The Chief Minister recalled the services of Sri Vidyadhara Rao as MLA for five times, as Agriculture Minister, Major Industries Minister and at present as Congress Spokesperson. The Chief Minister directed the officials to extend full Police honours to the departed leader during the cremation.

Kiran Kumar Reddy recalled the contributions of Sri Vidyadhara Rao to the poor and down-trodden and stated that Sri Vidyadhara Rao has strived for the welfare of the farmers. The Chief Minister stated that it is a great loss to the Congress Party and in particular to the West Godavari District.

The Chief Minister conveyed his heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family members and consoled them over phone.
