Chief Minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy on Tuesday held a meeting with city ministers M Mukesh Goud and Danam Nagender at his camp office.
The Chief Minister has reportedly discussed the latest political situation with the ministers, especially the developments that took place after the Congress Core Committee meeting held on July 12 in New Delhi. He reportedly enquired with the ministers on the possible reaction among people in Hyderabad and Secunderabad over his opposition to Telangana State.
The ministers reportedly assured Kiran Kumar Reddy that people in the twin cities were not too actively involved with the demand for Telangana and therefore, the party would not loose or gain in Hyderabad over Telangana issue.
Earlier, talking to reporters Mukesh Goud said that he would abide by any decision taken by the Centre over the Telangana issue.
