T-decision by month-end: Digvijay Singh

AICC General Secretary and in-charge of AP Affairs Digvijay Singh on Saturday claimed that the Congress Working Committee would take a final call on the Telangana issue by the end of this month.

Digvijay Singh said that the CWC is likely to meet before the end of this month and a final decision on giving statehood for Telangana region would be taken. He said there was no need for any more consultations on the issue.

Meanwhile, Chief Minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy, Deputy CM Damodar Rajanarasimha and PCC president Botsa Satyanarayana stayed back in New Delhi and held further talks with the Congress High Command on Telangana.
