The Telangana Rashtra Samithi on Saturday accused the State Government of trying to stop the Chalo Assembly rally proposed to be held on June 14.
Talking to reporters after unveiling the "Chalo Assembly" student-wing poster at Telangana Bhavan here, TRS floor leader Etela Rajender said that the government machinery was making all efforts to sabotage the "Chalo Assembly" rally at the instance of Chief Minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy. He alleged that pro-Telangana leaders across the region were being harassed by the police and vehicles being engaged for the programme were being stopped.
Terming the Chief Minister as a 'dictator', Rajender said that the "Chalo Assembly" programme would be a grand success despite the hurdles being created by the Congress government.
