Lashing out at the combined and vindictive conspiracy of CBI, Congress and TDP targeting Jagan, YSR Congress Party Honorary President YS Vijayamma said that it is time that &ldquo;we come out in the open and initiate steps to see that justice is done to YS Jagan Mohan Reddy.&rdquo;
&ldquo;Targeting Jagan has been the singular motive of CBI, Congress and TDP and their combined effort could hardly bring out any evidence against him while the nexus was thoroughly exposed during the past two months,&rdquo; Vijayamma said while addressing a public meeting at the Dharna Chowk here on Tuesday.
&ldquo;Jagan has done nothing wrong and he is been detained with political motives.&rdquo; she said on the second day of the two-day protest programme against the undemocratic detention of YS Jagan Mohan Reddy for the past one year.
The 22-month inquiry could prove nothing against Jagan in the state while CBI style of functioning has come under scanner at the national level with its reports being tampered with by Law Ministry and PMO and Supreme Court passing very stringent remarks against the premier investigation agency.
CBI lost its face with the exposure and it has been behaving in an irrational manner in Jagan&rsquo;s case by filing multiple charge sheets preceded by an undemocratic arrest. While the apex court has given four months time, the CBI counsel gives his own interpretation saying that it need not be four months we can ask for an extension.
While Congress and CBI were thoroughly exposed in the coal scam and other issues, TDP has been fiercely defending the State government and has issued whip to vote against the no confidence motion moved by other opposition parties. It has also saved the UPA during the crucial voting on FDI as three of its MPs skipped out.
&ldquo;It is sheer political vendetta of Congress and TDP that has kept Jagan in jail and we have to fight this injustice tooth and nail,&rdquo; she said.
The two parties wanted a bi-polar polity in the State and never wanted a third force to grow and some vested interests wanted a monopoly over the media. This motive has brought the conspirators together but truth will prevail and Jagan will come out and usher in the golden era of YSR, she said amidst thunderous applause.
YSR has been the role model Chief Minister for the UPA and he steered Congress to victory for the second term. With utter disregard to all his hard work and commitment to the Party, the Congress has named him in the FIR, even after his death. The same yardstick did not apply to Rajiv Gandhi as his name was not included in the Bofors case after his death.
While some of the ministers are using inconsiderate words and phrases against YSR and his family members in the name of economic offences, others were worried about the nomenclature.
They do not want to be called as tainted ministers as they are only accused and not proved guilty. No court has pronounced Jagan as guilty of the charges and he too is only an accused and for all the wrong reasons.
Investing in Sakshi group is the prerogative of the entrepreneurs and motives cannot be attributed to them. People like to invest in sound and credible institutions and selling shares at a premium is not a crime of any measure. When Eenadu share of Rs 100 could be valued at over Rs 5.28 lakhs, Sakshi share of Rs10 going for Rs 350 cannot be an offence.

Rajya Sabha MP Palvai Govardhan Reddy on Tuesday accused Telangana Rashtra Samithi president K Chandrasekhar Reddy of lacking commitment towards the Telangana cause.
Talking to reporters here, Palvai said that KCR lacked commitment and determination to achieve statehood for Telangana region. He said formation of Telangana State was possible only if KCR was defeated in the elections. He also accused the Telugu Desam Party leaders of lacking sincerity towards Telangana.
However, Palvai indirectly defended the Telangana Congress MPs' decision to join the TRS. He said they were leaving the party only due to the delay in the decision on Telangana by the Centre.
The Congress MP also ridiculed the promises made by TDP president N Chandrababu Naidu during his Vastunna Mee Kosam padayatra. He said that the promises were not only unrealistic, but it would require a whopping Rs 2 lakh crore to fulfill them.&nbsp;

Many films with Telangana backdrop and accent came earlier and Maremma completely failed on all fronts as the story turned out to be weak and script became spineless. The writing and screenplay did not inspire any confidence and direction failed to justice in any manner.With routine and outdated story and despite the claims of based on real life incidents, the film failed to generate interest. There is not a single scene in the film that generated interest among movie lovers. Everything turned out to be a tedious watch. Even the so called comedy scenes looked forced and senseless. The romantic track turned out to be another weak point and the entire second half which revolves around finding the missing bison, is redundant with repetitive scenes testing the patience of the viewers. The pre climax and climax are stretched to the core and finally when the film ended, viewers heave a sigh of relief.Prashanth R. Vihari, Bipradeep Dutta's tunes are just ok. The background score is fine but the substandard story couldn't be elevated by their efforts. The cinematography of Prasanth Ankireddy is below standard, disappointing all. Editing of Sai Babu Talari offered nothing much and he left many scenes unattended. All the interesting elements in The entire first half failed in the execution and everything turned bland.Many expected the second half to be better and save the day. However much to the disappointment , it turned even worse. The unraveling of the twists in the complex mission looked illogical and are bereft of interesting twists and thrills.The pre climax and climax are stretched to the maximum and it became a painful watch on the screen. None of the scenes excite viewers turning the entire experience into a disappointing affair.Sam.CS has tuned music. The film has no songs and the background music didn't add value to the narration. The background music left a lot to be desired. In fact it looked out of sync and outdated. Altogether it ended up testing the patience of the viewers. The cinematography of George C Williams is good. But there are many scenes and characters that looked forced and out of sync to the story.While the first half after the initial confusion, turns interesting in the run up to the interval and brings an end setting to the exciting second half, the second half sinks even further. There are many unnecessary characters and the flat narration and uninspiring execution played the spoil sport. The flashback episodes undoes all the good intentions. In this film, the age gap is reduced to just around 13 years unlike in Vishwanath &amp; Sons where it was more than 20 years.Right from the start till the finish, Girish AD included many scenes and hilarious elements to bring smiles and create a laughing riot in the theatres. The first half sails through smoothly with racy screenplay and sets the stage for the second half. However the second half falls apart with slow narration. He tried to continue in the same vein in the second half but he over did the comedy scenes and made viewers feel that the story is heading nowhere.There are many predictable elements in the second half and once the director's intention is known in the first half, viewers get disconnected . The second half continues in the same way and the few comedy scenes involving the cop did not generate the required humour as it turned repetitive.The pre climax and climax picks up pace and the cameo involving Anudeep entertains all turning the film into a decent watch. There are many illogical scenes and the director failed to justify the behavior of the female lead and at time the hero character. Though the film is touted to be a romantic entertainer, it misses the strong romantic elements.Pavan Pappula turned the film visually appealing on the screen. He turned the scenes into colorful ones. Vasuki Vabhav's songs are melodious and at one touches souls and hearts. They are shot in a beautiful manner. The background music is in sync with the story. Geetu Mohan Das tried to attract viewers with brother sister relationship, father -son sentiment and many romantic elements but everything looks disjointed and ended up testing the patience of all and irritating them.Even when people wait patiently praying for the end, they will get another shock in the pre climax and climax with psychological elements. The story has many threads but none of them are answered in a convincing manner and few of them despite the lengthy runtime left unanswered and the screenplay turned ridiculous to the core. The direction turned out to be a huge disappointment. The script turned out to be lackluster. Dialogues are just ok and dubbing made the matters worse.Geetu Mohan Das completely failed to do justice to the stardom of Yash and his character turned listless and aimless on the screen. What surprises all is that the director did not include a female lead in the film. He showed the female character as the sister to the three main characters.The dialogues are entertaining and natural, and none of them look forced and out of sync. The interval bang is done well turning the first half into a decent one. The second half continues in the same manner, and the screenplay and narration goes in a smooth and sedate manner.However for all the positives, the director after highlighting the conflict point and establishing it quite well, ends the film in a flat manner, disappointing all.The cinematography of SVK showed the Hyderabad old city vibes in a natural and realistic way. He used the camera angles to perfection and showed the nightlife and also the day hustles quite well and in an effective manner.The background score of Smaran Sai is good and complemented the proceedings, adding value to the narration. He came up with foot-tapping songs highlighting the old city culture and Deccani flavor. The editing of Rohit Penumasta is ok but could have been better, as there are a few drags that slowed the pace of the narration. A couple of twists generate interest, surprising all. The twists come as a surprise in a rather predictable story, and the flat narration, especially in the second half. However, once the twists are unraveled, there is nothing much in the story to take it forward. The climax ends on an emotional note.GV. Prakash Kumar elevated the scenes with his background music. His background score added impact to the emotional scenes. His music and tunes for the songs already became the chartbusters. Telangana Political Joint Action Committee chairman Prof M Kodandaram on Tuesday condemned the statement of some Seemandhra leaders wherein they feared increase in naxal violence after formation of Telangana.
Talking to reporters after TPJAC's bus yatra reached here, Kodandaram said that the Seemandhra leaders were wrongly trying to link the Maoist violence to Telangana issue. He said that Maoists' presence was not confined to Telangana region. In view of strong presence of naxalites in the coastal Andhra region, will that area be merged with Tamil Nadu State? he asked.
Kodandaram also reiterated that Bayyaram mines belonged to the Telangana region and the TDPJAC would oppose any move to transport iron ore to the Visakha Steel Plant.
