Chandrababu to kick off campaign from Nov 12

Hyderabad,Nov 9:The Telugu Desam Party chief Nara Chandrababu Naidu expressed confidence that Tdp will put up a good performance in the  ensuing Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation elections scheduled for November23 .Interacting with the media here on Monday,he said that the Tdp  will show its strength in the twin cities of Hyderabad and Secunderabad by winning  the maximum number of seats than any other single party.The Tdp chief said that the party will kick off the campaign for GHMC elections from November 12.He gave a call to all the party cadre to sink their differences and work unitedly for the victory of the party.

A good number of new entrants who had taken the party membership in the last one month is a shot in the arm for the party.Regarding the campaign for the  GHMC election it is understood from the close circles of Chandrababu Naidu that he wanted to rope in actors like Jr NTR to campaign for the party.Still the official confirmation has not yet come from the party leadership.According to the Tdp sources,the party will go from door to door highlighting the problems faced by the people of twin cities.They include mainly the condition of the roads,the problem  of  drinking  water and the overflow of  drainage on the roads of Hyderabad and Secunderabad.Meanwhile the  leaders of  Capra division of Tdp wing staged a dharna in front  of the Tdp office alleging that injustice was meted out to local party  workers who toiled sincerely for the party ever since its inception.
