YSRCP finds fault with Times Now survey

Ysr Congress has rejected the Times Now survey report stating its methodology is unscientific and the channel has a history of erring badly.

Party leader Konthala Ramakrishnudu and Dr Mysoora Reddy said that the psephologists of this channel have erred badly earlier and their samples are not scientific. Ysr Congress will win between 25 and 30 seats in the next Lok Sabha elections and we do not agree with the figures Times Now has given, Dr MV Mysoora Reddy said.

In the coming days, regional parties will play a vital role in the national politics, he said. Time Now has given 12 sets to YSRCP, nine each to TDP and TRS.

Konthala on the other hand recalled the same channels survey in 2009 which has given 15 seats to Congress and 22 seats to the Grand Alliance. The results were otherwise. Congress won 33 seats while the Grand Alliance could win only five sweats, he said.

This shows the accuracy of the channel survey, he said. We can prove our strength if elections are held immediately, he said.
