Immediately, he filed a bail petition with the Supreme Court.

Meanwhile, the Supreme Court has adjourned to April 30 the bail application of Nimmagadda Prasad, who is the accused in the Ys Jagan Mohan Reddy disproportionate assets case.

His counsel contended CBI is dragging the case in the name of investigation. It is not fair on part of CBI to seek more time every time the bail petition comes up for hearing, the counsel said.
