New Delhi,Oct 30: Union Law Minister and senior leader M. Veerappa Moily whom is in charge of the Congress’Andhra Pradesh affairs said that Jagan’s hand was not there in Konda Surekha’s resignation.Speaking to the media on Konda Surekha’s resignation here on Friday,he said it is not fair on the part of any person to involve Jagan with Surekha’s episode. It was solely her personal decision,you should not hold others responsible.At the moment there is no cabinet expansion or reshuffling of the minister’s portfolios.
We are concentrating on flood relief it is our main concern as many have lost their livelihood and shelter in the recent floods. The next thing which we are focusing is the greater Hyderabad Municipal elections.In this connection I am visiting Hyderabad to hold discussions with the local Congress leader in the selection of the candidates,he explained.The minister evaded answering the questions whether it was the High Command who asked her to quit or was it on her own or pressure from any other source. He dismissed all the questions in one answer saying that all those things are party affair.
