Hyderabad,Oct 26: Andhra Pradesh Congress Committee (APCC) president D Srinivas is leaving for New Delhi on Monday evening.With the political scenario in the Congress becoming clearer after the Kadapa MP Y S Jaganmohan Reddy asserted that he would support Chief Minister K Rosaiah or any other leader selected for the Chief Minister’s post, the uncertainty prevailing in the minds of the party leaders and legislators has cleared to a large extent.

Sources said that Mr Srinivas would brief the party’s central leadership about the ongoing membership drive that ended on Sunday.He will have discussions with Union Law Minister and incharge of Andhra Pradesh affairs Veerappa Moily and political secretary to Congress President Ahmed Patel on the prevailing political situation in the state.
