BJP slams TDP's decision to refrain from Prez elections

Bjp State President G Kishan Reddy said that the TDP’s decision to refrain from presidential election was totally unjustified.

Kishan Reddy pointed out that P A Sangma was NDA’s candidate and not the Bjp alone. Sangma contested as an independent candidate in the election and the NDA allies only supported his candidature, he asserted. He clarified that the Bjp was not a communal party as it was being projected. If Bjp is a communal party then why Telugu Desam Party President N Chandrababu Naidu sit aside the Bjp MLAs in the Assembly? Should we also treat Naidu as a leader of a communal party? he asked.

The Bjp leader alleged that the Congress and YSR Congress parties were two faces of the same coin. Due to infighting in the Congress party it was divided into two groups. But when time comes they would work together for the same agenda as they have shown today in the presidential elections. He said that the presidential election has proved the relation between both the parties, he said.
