The Delhi High Court has granted interim protection to Bollywood actress Kriti Sanon against the misuse of her personality rights. The court has restrained several unknown individuals from creating or sharing AI generated images, videos and audio that misuse her identity, including morphed and sexually explicit content.Justice Purushaindra Kumar Kaurav passed the order on October 29 while hearing Kriti Sanon's lawsuit over the alleged violation of her privacy and publicity rights. The court directed online platforms to remove the objectionable material, observing that such content misuses the commercial value of her identity and also affects her dignity.Kriti's legal team told the court that several people were using her name, photographs, voice and likeness without permission. The alleged misuse included fake appearance bookings, merchandise sales, AI chatbots, synthetic voice models and pornographic deepfakes. Some accounts on YouTube, Facebook, X and Pinterest were also reportedly sharing morphed and AI generated images of the actress.The court also stopped an online seller from selling merchandise using Kriti's identity and personal photographs. However, the order does not restrict genuine news reports, reviews, criticism, satire, parody or fan expressions. Former Congress minister P Shankar Rao on Wednesday demanded that the government immediately replace Director General of Police V Dinesh Reddy as the Central Administrative Tribunal set aside his appointment.
Talking to media persons at Assembly premises, Shankar Rao stated that the government should follow the guidelines issued by the CAT in the appointment of the DGP.
He said that the government should fill the DGP post afresh based on the seniority of IPS officers.
He also asked the government not to file a petition in the High Court against the orders of CAT and act transparently in the all appointments and transfers.
He alleged that lakhs of rupees changing hands in the postings of police department and accused involvement of ministers and higher officials in the postings.
He asked the government as to why it has been resorting to frequent of transfer of officials without completion of service in the posting.
Shankar Rao said that he would file a petition before the Principal Secretary (Home) seeking information pertaining to transfers and postings of ACP and CIs under the GHMC limits for the last 10 years under Right to Information Act.
He said that the government should cancel the transfer orders of those who were transferred violating the rules and regulations.

He tried to excite all with the crime thriller. The first four episodes progress in a interesting and exciting manner. He designed the character of Naresh Agasthya. The happenings involving the character of Anji is good. But these things could have been shown in the more impactful manner.Sasidhar Munnangi the loses plot in the last three episodes diluting the intensity levels. Had these scenes designed in &nbsp;an interesting manner, things would have been different. The more subplots as the investigation progresses resulted in the decrease of interest leves as it resulted in confusion all over. It turned out to be a mixed bag with few scenes getting dragged unnecessarily and some scenes ending rather abruptly.Many murder mysteries came with such plot and very few of them are engaging. Rudravanam PS also fails to engage. The first four episodes though interesting are dragged showing the restlessness in the police force and the story do not head anywhere. The entire story is narrated in the last two episodes and the &nbsp;motive of the culprit is shown in the last episode and this is little interesting. However, even that pales due to the weak motive.Ashkar Ali with his cinematography showed the rural village atmosphere in the natural and realistic manner. However Madhav's editing should have been &nbsp;more sharper as there are many scenes that slowed the pace of the narration. While he made an impactful start with the first four episodes showing the investigating episodes in an exciting and interesting manner, the last three episodes except for the climax goes for a toss. For all his efforts, though the characterisation of Naresh Agasthya's role appeals, everything goes missing. The story lacked the emotional connect with things passing through the motions and screenplay turning spineless and stale without offering nothing much to excite. Former Chief minister and Tamil Nadu Governor K Rosaiah on Wednesday stated that he would respond on ACB court notices over the de-notification of land in favour of private parties only after getting the copies.
Talking to media persons, Rosaiah said that he was yet to receive the notices of ACB court and would respond only after seeing them.
“I did not receive the ACB court notices so far and only know it through media. I will respond on the notices whenever I receive them,” he said. 
It may be recalled that the ACB court issued summons asking Rosaiah to appear before court on August 2 seeking explanation from him over the denotification of 9.14 acres prime land at Ameerpet in state capital 2010.
