Nizamabad MP Madhu Yashki Goud on Saturday demanded Ysr Congress Party to write a letter to the Centre making its stand clear on the Telangana statehood issue if it was really committed to formation of separate state.

Talking to media persons, Madhu Yashki asked Ysr Congress Party honorary president Y S Vijayamma to write a letter to the Centre making its stand clear on Telangana statehood issue. He alleged that former chief minister Y S Rajasekhara Reddy has warned him of dire consequences when he was participating in the Telangana statehood agitation. He also alleged that YSR threatened him that his political career would be spoiled if he supports the statehood demand.

Madhu Yashki also accused Kadapa MP YS Jagan Mohan Reddy of looting the State by misusing official position of YSR and by bribing the ministers and other leaders. He said Jaganmohan Reddy did not visit the Secretariat anytime and all works were done over telephone with the help of his financial auditor Vijay Sai Reddy.

The Nizamabad MP alleged that Bharatiya Janata party fielded its candidate from Parkal Assembly constituency to improve the winning prospects of YSR Congress nominee Konda Surekha. He alleged that a conspiracy has been hatched to benefit Konda Surekha by splitting votes in the constituency.
