TRS describes Jagan as 'most corrupt person'

Telangana Rashtra Samithi Siricilla MLA K Taraka Rama Rao on Friday described YSR Congress president Jagan Mohan Reddy as the 'most corrupt person' in the world.

Talking to media persons at Trs Bhavan, Taraka Rama Rao ridiculed the YSR Congress leaders for raising hue and cry over his arrest by the CBI in connection with the disproportionate assets case. He also slammed YSR Congress leaders for comparing Jagan Mohan Reddy with Father of Nation Mahatma Gandhi, who was jailed for participating in freedom fight against the British rule.

Stating that the CBI arrested him in connection with the assets case, he took serious note on YSR Congress leaders for claiming that Jagan was sent to jail for the cause of Telangana statehood. He dismissed YSR Congress leaders' statements that he was doing politics on death of Telangana martyrs.

Accusing Jagan of indulging in death politics, he reminded that Jagan started signature campaign to become the Chief Minister of the State even before the body of former chief minister YSR was traced.  He also came down heavily on YSR Congress honorary president Y S Vijayamma and YSR Congress Parkal aspirant Konda Surekha for claiming that YSR developed Telangana on par with Seemandra region. He alleged that YSR made injustice to Telangana people by transferring  water to the Seemandhra region.
