Jagan’s legal battle with Roshaiah.

>Y S Jagan’s active lobbying seems to have got a good nexus with former advocate general and senior adovate S. Rama Chandra Rao. S. Rama Chandra Rao today came before the media and said about the unconstitutional basis on which  Roshaiah is hanging to the post of CM.

“When the leader in the house does not possess any majority with in his own party, there is no basis for Roshaiah to remain as CM. Although High Court has postponed the case to 21st of this month, we are demanding for an injection order so that Roshaiah can be ceased to function as Chief Minister of the State.” So, the judicial trap is all set for Roshaiah by Jagan & Co.
