Freeze Jagan's bank accounts

Telugu Desam politburo member Yanamala Ramakrishnudu on Friday demanded that the Central Bureau of Investigation freeze bank accounts of YSR Congress party president Jaganmohan Reddy.

Talking to media persons, Yanamala Ramakrishnudu appealed to CBI to focus on freezing bank accounts of Jagan as he might use money power to destroy evidence. He said the CBI must have freezed the bank accounts immediately after the registration of cases or seizure of documents.

Alleging Congress party president Sonia Gandhi and general secretary Rahul Gandhi were encouraging corruption in the Congress ruled states, he said the best example for this was Andhra Pradesh. Describing Jagan and former Karnataka minister Gali Janardhan Reddy as thieves, he alleged that both of them looted the nations’ wealth.

Yanamala asked Jagan to disclose the minutes of the meetings that he had with the Prime Minister Dr Manmohan Singh, Nationalist Congress Party president Sharad Pawar and National Conference leader Farooq Abdullah.  He also asked the Prime Minister to disclose the details of what transpired between him and Jagan during the meeting.

However, claiming that Jagan would surrender before the Congress party and finally re-join it, the TDP leader said that YSR Congress party stand was clear during the Speaker and Deputy Speaker elections when pro-Jagan MLAs voted in favour of Congress candidates.
