Andhra Pradesh former chief minister and the age old Congress politician, Konijeti Rosaiah is appointed as Governor of Tamil Nadu. He would replace Surjit Singh Barnala who is running out of term. An official announcement will be made in this late night or tomorrow morning, say electronic media reports.
He is most commonly known for ministering the state finances as Finance Minister holding the record of introducing 16 state budgets. Rosaiah even worked as Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh for a brief term resingin on 24th November, 2010 paving way for N. Kiran Kumar Reddy.
