Telugu Desam Party senior leader Yanamala Ramakrishnudu on Wednesday held the Congress party responsible for the present political crisis in the state. Talking to media persons, Yanamala Ramakrishnudu stated that the Congress party has to make a clear statement opposing the division of state and keeping the state united. He said that the development of state on all fronts was possible by keeping the state united. He accused the centre failed to take a clear decision on the controversial statehood issue and said that Congress High Command, Union Home Minister P Chidambaram and Corporate Affairs Minister M Veerappa Moily were being held responsible for the present situation and creating law & order problem. Condemning the Union Home Minister P Chidambaram’s statements on Telangana, he said that these statements are not befitting his stature and are likely to disturb sentiments and emotions of people and may cause law and order problems. He said the Centre should take responsibility of resolving the statehood issue and put an end to it. As the Congress raised this issue, it should own a moral responsibility for solving it, he stated.
