Reject the 'most corrupt' Jagan

Nizamabad MP Madhu Yaskhi Goud on Wednesday expressed confidence that the people of Kadapa Lok Sabha and Pulivendula Assembly constituencies would reject former Kadapa MP YS Jaganmohan Reddy and vote for the Congress candidates due to the former MP’s corruption .

Talking to media persons at his residence in Jubilee Hills, the MP described Mr Jaganmohan Reddy as the ‘most corrupt person’ and wanted to know how he had managed to build assets to the tune of Rs 78,000 crore within a short span of time.

“This is possible only with the support of former chief minister Y S Rajasekhara Reddy. Mr Jaganmohan Reddy indulged in corrupt practices and earned thousands of crores of rupees by dubious means,” Mr Yaskhi Goud stated.

Considering this history, the people of Kadapa constituency would reject his candidature in the by-elections and give a chance to Congress candidates who are free from corruption charges, he claimed.

Stating that former chief minister YS Rajasekhara Reddy’s staunch supporter and MP Undavalli Arun Kumar too has leveled charges of corruption against Mr Jaganmohan Reddy, Mr Yaskhi Goud said that the people of Pulivendula constituency would vote for Congress candidates DL Ravindra Reddy and YS Vivekananda Reddy considering their spotless and ‘corruption-free’ career.

Reacting on Telangana Rashtra Samithi leader Harish Rao describing those leaders from Telangana who campaign in the by-elections as `Telangana Traitors’, Mr Yaskhi Goud demanded that the TRS initiate action against anyone who hoists the flag of the YSR Congress Party in Telangana region first.
