Central Bureau Of Investigation (CBI) Deputy Inspector General of Police VV Lakshminarayana on Tuesday said that the Satyam Computer accounting fraud trial would begin from November 8 before the court of the Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally.
Talking to media persons, Mr Lakhsminarayana said the CBI team had submitted a schedule of witnesses in the special court to complete the probe before July- 2011 deadline set by the Supreme Court.
He said the court would examine six witnesses per day as also the 10,000 documents submitted in this connection.
All the accused, including Satyam Computers founder B Ramalinga Raju, will be produced in the court, he stated.
The CBI DIG said the court would issue summons to witnesses as per the schedule given by the investigation agency.
He said the CBI has sought court permission to set up a LCD projector, so that the accused and the defence counsel can read and take note of the contents of document shown on the screen.
