TTD employees expose Jagan brazen lies

The sanctity of Tirumala Srivari temple has been shaken by allegations of substandard ingredients, particularly ghee, being used in the preparation of the famed Srivari laddus. The controversy has intensified following a recent statement by former Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu, who alleged the use of adulterated ghee based on lab reports from Gujarat.

While the current TTD administration has refuted these claims, employees working in the Laddu Potu (laddu making unit) are now coming forward with their own allegations, further fueling the controversy. These employees claim that substandard ghee, cashew nuts, cardamom, and other ingredients have been used in the laddu preparation for a considerable period, despite their repeated complaints to authorities. They allege that their concerns were ignored, highlighting a potential systemic issue within the TTD.

Devotees, who once reveled in the aroma of freshly-made laddus, are now expressing disappointment with the quality of the offering. This sentiment has been echoed by former Tirumala Srivari temple Chief Priest, Ramana Deekshitulu, who has previously raised concerns about the substandard quality of laddus.

The TTD has responded to these allegations by launching an investigation. The TTD EO, Shyamala Rao, has reportedly taken cognizance of the employees' claims and is seeking details from officials who were in charge during the period of the alleged malpractice. TTD Vigilance and a Special SIT headed by Kotami Prabhutam have also initiated inquiries into the matter.

The investigation is expected to focus on the procurement and usage of ghee, with the authorities scrutinizing the supply chain and internal procedures of the Laddu Potu.
