As Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy approaches his first anniversary in office, he's shifting his focus from governance and party leadership to the performance of his MLAs.

Speaking at a recent event in Hyderabad, he delivered a strong message, urging his party members to prioritize serving the people and avoid corruption. He warned against the pitfalls of the past, where money was exchanged for favors like employee transfers, leading to a loss of trust among voters.

He specifically cautioned MLAs against forming groups and spending time in the secretariat, instead emphasizing the importance of being accessible and responsive to the needs of the people in their constituencies.

"Our MLAs should wake up with responsibility. Avoid corruption. People defeated BRS MLAs as they took money in other matters such as transfer of employees during the previous government. Our MLAs should be careful in this matter. MLAs should not come to the secretariat in groups. Be accessible to people in the field. Do the work. Only then will they win again," Revanth stated.

Addressing the concerns of a lack of proactive response to opposition criticism, Revanth urged his party members to be prepared to counter false propaganda. He emphasized the importance of hard work and loyalty, highlighting the recent appointment of 36 party members to nominated positions based on their dedication.

The Chief Minister also emphasized the need for ministers to be actively involved in their assigned districts, visiting at least twice a week. He reiterated his commitment to transparency and accountability, highlighting the government's efforts to curb wasteful spending and implement welfare schemes.
