CBN recollects confidence provided by Pawan Kalyan. In a significant development, TDP chief N. Chandrababu Naidu has been unanimously elected as the leader of the NDA legislative party, comprising MLAs from the TDP, BJP, and Jana Sena. The alliance partners will now submit a letter to the Governor, seeking permission to form the government.

In his acceptance speech, Chandrababu expressed heartfelt gratitude to the alliance partners, particularly emphasizing his close bond with Jana Sena leader Pawan Kalyan. He recounted Pawan's unwavering support during his time in jail, emphasizing the emotional connection that solidified their alliance.

"Even if I am the CM, I will make an announcement tomorrow giving appropriate status to my brother Pawan Kalyan," Chandrababu declared, highlighting the significant role Pawan will play in the upcoming government.  He also stressed his commitment to serving the people, reiterating that he and Pawan are "common people" who will work for the welfare of all.

Chandrababu sharply criticized the previous government's practices, vowing to change the culture of entitlement and privilege. He promised to end practices like road closures and special treatment for the Chief Minister, emphasizing that he will be a "common man" who serves the people.

He further highlighted the resounding mandate received by the alliance, attributing their victory to their shared commitment to the state's interests. Chandrababu praised the alliance's performance in the elections, particularly noting Jana Sena's success in winning all 21 seats contested and the BJP's impressive win of 8 out of 10 seats.

In a symbolic gesture, Chandrababu refused to sit on a special chair, requesting a chair similar to those used by Pawan Kalyan and Bhuvaneshwari. This simple act highlighted his commitment to equality and his rejection of unnecessary pomp.
