Jagan gets permission from CBI court to fly for vacation. Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy has been granted permission by the CBI court to embark on a foreign tour with his family members.
The court considered Jagan's request for travel abroad and approved it, providing the necessary authorization. As per the court's order, Jagan and his family will undertake their foreign tour from the 16th of this month until the 1st of June.
This development comes as a relief to the Chief Minister, who had sought permission for personal reasons to travel abroad.
Jagan Mohan Reddy had initially filed a plea with the CBI court, seeking permission to travel to London, Switzerland, and France. His request indicated a desire for a family trip immediately following the conclusion of polling in Andhra Pradesh. The Court has requested the CBI to file a counter in response to his plea.
