Abhinav Sardar who made an impression with Ram Asur is getting ready to entertain movie lovers with his upcoming film Mistake. The film directed by Bharrath Komalapati is releasing on 4 Aug 2023. The film's teaser and trailer is loaded with youthful content and let us see whether movie lovers fall in love with the makers ' Mistake. The film's OTT rights are yet to be finalised.
Mistake story is all about three easygoing friends who share a flat in Jubilee Hills who make a mistake and the consequence they face. Agasthya, Karthik, and Dev ordered some items online. However, their easy-go-lucky life and happy moments take a drastic turn and they find themselves in the hands of a dreaded person. Abhinav Sardhar, Teja Ainampudi, Ajay Kathurvar, and Sujith Kumar are ok in the roles of the youngsters who live a jolly life. Karishma Kumar, Taniya Kalrra, and Priya Paul did not get much chance to show their acting talent and they added a glamor touch to the story and narration. Sameer, Raja Ravindra, and others are adequate in their roles.
Mistake story readied by Bharrath Komalapati comes under thriller genre. He tried to generate fun and interest in the quest for diamonds with thrilling elements. While the story turned out to be a regular one, screenplay somewhat engaged with twists and turns. Being a first timer, Bharrath did a decent job as a director. Dialogues of Sriharsha Manda are okay.
Mani Zenna's music is average and background score is impressive. The cinematography of Hari Jasthi is good and he tried his best to beautify the film. Vijay Mukthavarapu couldn't be faulted with his editing. Production values are good.
Altogether, Mistake in an attempt to deliver a thriller does a decent job in it. Abhinav Sarkar is a good actor and a performer and it was proven in his previous films. He impresses with his villainy in this film. He generates scares with his act. The thrilling elements are well executed by revealing the twists could have been better. Considering all these aspects, Cinejosh goes with a 2.25 Rating for Mistake.
