Baby is neither Arjun Reddy nor RX100. Anand Devarakonda's Baby directed by Sai Rajesh and starring Vaishnavi Chaitanya hit the screens this Friday and the film is getting a good response from Genex movie lovers and the masses. The bold content, hard-hitting dialogues, and intense performances of Anand Devarakonda, and Viraj Ashwin apart from Vaishnavi Chaitanya's intimate scenes and kissing acts are becoming the talk of the town.

Despite all this, many feel that the film cannot be compared with Vijay Devarakonda and Shalini Pandey's Arjun Reddy directed by Sandeep Vanga, or Karthikeya, Payal Rajput's RX100 directed by Ajay Bhupathi. This is because while the characters of Baby have the intensity, they lack the conviction and the intent. They vacillate unable to take a particular decision and stick to it and this diluted the intensity. The characters are also shown that they are low on morals and are not strong psychologically. Except for the female friend who acts with conviction plotting the downfall of Vaishnavi Chaitanya, neither Vaishnavi, Viraj or Anand has that conviction.

This is where Arjun Reddy and RX100 scores. Be it right or wrong, Vijay Devarakonda and Shalini Pandey stuck to their flinched love and did not change their minds or hearts even after the passage of decades despite their friends convincing them that the others have moved on. The same is the case with Karthikeya and Payal Rajput. But sticking to their characters and behavior without changing a bit. That's the reason Arjun Reddy and RX100 made a stunning impact on movie lovers compared to Baby
