Dasaradh and DY Chaudhary Confidence on Love You Ram

Sensible Director Dasaradh has turned producer and also provided story for a youthful love story 'Love You Ram' DY Chowdary has directed the film along with Producing it. Rohith Behl, Aparna Janardhan played the lead roles. Songs, teaser and trailers promised a musical entertaining lobe story for this generation audiences. The film is releasing in theatres on 30th June. On this occasion Director, Producer DY Chowdary and Writer, Producer Dasaradh shared their thoughts about the film exclusively to CineJosh.

Creator of Love You Ram - Dasaradh 

🌟 Dasaradh Garu, you are the most sensible writer be it Santosham or Mr Perfect your films have very strong conflict points. What is the conflict of Love You Ram?

- Before starting this script we have done a small research about what kind of love stories are being made these days. Most of them are starting from social media. When everything is exchanged, they find other angles in the story. Love You Ram is about a girl who loves a boy from her childhood. But, she finds him changed during the course. In our film Heroine is Hero and Villain is Hero. This film runs from the heroine's point of view.

🌟 You have written a script and gave it to your longtime friend to direct it. Did he justify your script?

- I haven't been involved in the direction part. I have known him for a very long time.  He loves emotions and he has vast experience on sets. He delivered content for TV for the past 15 years. We have taken major decisions together and thus the execution part gets simple. I am very much satisfied with the output.

🌟 Trivikram Garu and Sukumar Garu are in-form directors. They are producing films encouraging new talent. But, it's not the case with you. You got a break from films. You need to deliver your kind of film. But why did you turn into a producer?

- I didn't believe in gaps or breaks. I have committed to two big banners. I am busy with many other shows and writing for other films. I am very happy and busy at the moment. All the best things are going on in my life now. I always wanted to produce a film and was fulfilled with Love You Ram. This is my first and last film as a producer.

🌟 Do you continue as an actor?

- I can't say about that. It depends on the offers I get in the future. I did the role due to visa problems. I did the role of a 50-year-old who settled abroad. The comedy worked out very well.

🌟 Why did Harish Shankar impressed very much with the film?

- Back then it was Vinayak who came out of the way to help other directors, now it is Harish Shankar. 

🌟 Prabhas has specially given a video byte wishing for the film.

- I felt like a lifetime of gratitude. I have learned many things from Prabhas, especially the way he comes forward to help others. Nagarjuna Garu too supported the film when I approached him after five years of break.

🌟 How do you feel about your daughter becoming a lyricist at such a young age?

-  I believe it's a gods gift. We have many writers but only a few lyricists. It's very tough to write songs. It's god's grace that she can write. Her name is Saraswathi Karthika. 

🌟 How do you rate and analyze Love You Ram?

- I will rate it 3.5 out of 5. You could see that on the screen, that everyone has given their full efforts. We tried to justify the script with quality output. I am very much happy with the film.

🌟 What are your expectations about the film before its release?

- I believe reviews and mouth talk will immensely help this movie. Not only this film, but these two aspects also help every film in this generation.

Maker Of Love You Ram - DY Chowdary

🌟 The first positive sign about 'Love You Ram' is it sounds like Blockbuster 'Sita Ramam'. Is it a coincidence or does your film too resemble a poetic love story?

- We started the script to make a beautiful love story that will resonate with the current generation of youth. Luckily three songs became chartbusters and the film has got a look of a soothing musical with beautiful visuals. It doesn't carry any influence from Sita Ramam. 

🌟 Dasaradh Garu is a sensible writer. How much update is he regarding this script?

- Love You Ram is a beautiful love story. Keep Loving More is the tagline of our film. This film also has emotional family drama. Dasaradh has delivered blockbusters with such family dramas blended with love stories in Santosham and Mr. Perfect. So, he is the perfect choice for this film.

🌟 What do you want to convey through this film, which is greatest, love or belief?

- Love is ultimate. You can achieve anything with Love is what we depicted in the film. This is a beautiful love story between a girl who believes in love and a boy who believes in making beliefs about something. How she won over him with her 'Keep Loving More' attitude.

🌟 In a sea of horror, thriller, and adult content, Love stories always stand tall. But, conflict is the crucial point for a love story. What is the conflict point of Love You Ram?

- The main USP of our Love You Ram is being a clean love story. Even the film got censored with the clean U. In this era of disturbing OTT content. Our film can be watched with the whole family along with kids. The conflict is, we have presented Love in a new dimension.

🌟 Even in Bollywood, many films opted for direct OTT releases. What is your confidence in going for a theatrical release?

- We believe in our story. Youth is the major section of the audience who are coming to the theatres nowadays. Youth will connect to the film for sure. All our promotional activities targeted youth and received terrific responses from them with over 20 million views for reels and more than 50 promotional campaigns. So, we are confident that youth will embrace our film and watch the film in theaters for its entertaining content.

🌟 How do you manage to choose artists and heard that you have conducted workshops for them too?

- We have selected a Malayalam girl and Hero from the Natyam movie who is from Mumbai. We have conducted a workshop for 20 days to make sure they get into the characters.

🌟 Dasaradh Garu did a crucial character in the film. Did he satisfy you as a director with his performance?

- Apart from providing stories and producing, Dasaradh Garu did a big role in this film. He has done the role of a comedian. He has satisfied me completely with his performance. He will become busy as an actor. VV Vinayak Garu and Harish Shankar Garu watched the film and were surprised withbyaGari's Gari performance as a comedian. The audience will get surprised by Dasaradh Garu.

🌟 You have conducted a big event with 20 directors and Harish Shankar is said to be very impressed with the film.

- Harish Shankar Garu watched and he loved the film. He keeps on encouraging us. We have done an event with 20 directors and it got a very good buzz for the film.

🌟 Prabhas Garu too sends his wishes for the film.

- Prabhas Garu sends out his wishes. Also, Koratala Siva Garu and Nagarjuna Garu lend their support for our film.

🌟 Have you reached your target audiences with your promotional campaign?

- Yes, we have almost reached our targeted youth audience. We also expect very good openings.

🌟 Dasaradh Garu himself is a director. He wrote the script. How did you feel when he asked you to direct the film?

- Initially, the plan is to make the film with Dasaradh Garu as the director. But, due to some other commitments, we tried for other directors. As we have been traveling together for 20 years, and he is always there to support us. So, I have decided to direct the film myself and I believe I succeeded. 

🌟 Did you feel any tension while directing such a senior director like Dasaradh Garu?

- As we knew each other for the last 20 years. We didn't feel any discomfort on the sets.

🌟 Tell us about your cameraman and technical crew.

- Vedha is the music director. He has given extraordinary music. To connect more with the youth we tried different languages in songs. There is a Hindi song and four small English songs too. Lyrics for Hindi and English songs were written by Dasaradh Gari's daughter. She is 13 years old. 

🌟 During the process of making this movie, what is the most enjoyable moment, and at the same time what is the toughest thing you feel?

- We enjoyed every moment while making the film. By gods grace, we didn't find anything tough. We went to Norway, Maredumilli, and Old House to get good visuals without any compromises. But, we didn't feel any difficulties while making the film.

🌟 How do you invite the audience to watch Love, You Ram?

- Love You Ram is a completely packaged film with a duration of exactly 2 hours. The film has beautiful love, melodious songs, entertainment, performances, and stunning locations which makes it a satisfying and entertaining watch.
