Rahman misses Jackie Chan & Mohanlal project

From last two days entire World media was abuzz that global music icon AR Rahman agreed to compose the music for international project ‘Nair-san,’ which would star biggies like Mohanlal and Jackie Chan. This would be the first time that AR Rahman will be working for Mandarin, Japanese and Mongolian languages as this movie will be made in Japanese, Malayalam, Mandarin and Mongolian.

To be directed by Albert, a graduate from Chennai, ‘Nair-san’ is a leading industrialist and a Freedom fighter who revolted againt Britishers in India, Japan and China during the period between 1920 and 1970. Mohanlal plays the title role while Jackie Chan will be playing a cameo. Unfortunately here is news that AR Rahman has kept himself away from this project for reasons unknown.
