Police not only called Dimple Hayathi but also another person Victor David to the station and served them notices.

On 14 May, Dimple and David crossed all the limits by hitting the DCP's car with their car and this resulted in damage to the bonnet.

As Dimple's acts are recorded in the CCTV footage, driver Chetan Kumar lodged a complaint against her at the Jubilee Hills police station. Police after registering the case called Dimple and David and served 41 notices after registering compliant under 341,353 and 279 sections of the IPC.
