Virupaksha Joins The Elite Club For Rs 100 Crores

Sai Dharam Tej’s Virupaksha was released on April 21. The film became a runaway hit right from the first day. The film was made as a mystical thriller giving spine-chilling moments to the audience and taking them on an engaging ride. The film in no time crossed the breakeven figure and entered the not profit zone. 

It quickly emerged as the highest-grosser in Sai Tej's career too. The supernatural horror mystery recently completed 27 days of its theatrical run at the box office. According to the latest update from the team, Virupaksha has crossed the Rs 100 crore gross mark globally. This is Sai Dharam Tej’s first film to enter the 100 Cr club.

Helmed by Karthik Varma Dandu, Virupaksha also featured Samyuktha Menon in the lead. Ajaneesh Lokanath's music and Shamdat's cinematography added more value to the thrilling experience. BVSN Prasad has bankrolled the project while Sukumar provided the screenplay and acted as co-producer. Virupaksha will start streaming on Netflix from May 21st.
