Nayanthara In Kamal Haasan - Mani Ratnam Film

Ever since the announcement of Kamal Haasan - Mani Ratnam's film is out, movie lovers are excited about this huge collaboration. Both Mani Ratnam and Kamal Haasan are considered as cinematic geniuses. The last time they worked together is for Nayagan in 1987 and it was named in world's Top 100 films. Their film, tentatively titled KH 234 will be produced by their respective banners, Raaj Kamal Films International and Madras Talkies.

Latest exciting news doing rounds is that Nayanthara, is in talks to play the female lead in the film. This will be her first time working with either of them. Nayanthara, is considered as on of the star heroines who carries her roles with elegance. She is perfect fit for senior heroes. She definitely adds more value to the project.

KH 234 will also mark the first time collaboration of Kamal Haasan, Mani Ratnam and AR Rahman. Rahman has scored music for all Mani Ratnam’s films since his debut film, Roja. But, he has previously worked with Kamal Haasan for only one film, ‘Thenali’ in 2000. The film will be presented by Udhayanidhi Stalin’s Red Giant Movies, which has recently distributed Kamal Haasan’s ‘Vikram’.

Further details about the genre, plot, cast and crew of #KH234 are yet to be revealed. The film is expected to go on floors soon and hit the screens in 2024. Kamal Haasan is currently busy with his ‘Indian 2’. Mani Ratnam is gearing up for the release of ‘Ponniyin Selvan-2’, which is slated for 28th April 2023.
