Samantha Shares Karma Sloka

Samantha'a latest film Shaakuntalam, a mythological love story shot in 3D released in multiple languages has bitten dust at the boxoffice. Trade is shocked with the boxoffice figures and audiences too surprised with the film as they hoped that it would turn out to be a decent film because of Samantha. But, to everyone's dismay Shaakuntalam is declared as a huge flop. 

Amid this, Samantha shared a quote from the Bhagavad Gita on her Instagram handle. The Bhagavad Gita quotation gives the impression that she is not bothered by Shaakuntalam's performance. Taking to her Instagram handle, Samantha wrote, "Karmanye vadhika raste Ma phaleshu kadachana Ma karma phala he tur bhuh Ma te sangotsva karmani (You have a right to perform your prescribed action, but you are not entitled to the fruits of your action)."

Along with the cryptic message, Samantha posted her pic where she seems lost in thoughts wearing a denim jacket and is seen in the car. Shaakuntalam which was released with a target to collect RS 20 crores share (40 CR gross approx) to become a safe project considering already sold OTT delas and other business. But, the film failed to rake in at least double figure gross. 

Her next projects involves a Hollywood film Arrangements of Love, Varun Dhawan's Citadel and Vijay Devarakonda's Kushi movies.
