John Wick Chapter 4 Is The First Hollywood Blockbuster In India This Year

Latest film in Hollywood's path-breaking bloody action franchise, John Wick is going great guns at the Box-office. The films fourth installment is out in Theatres last Friday and emerges as a superhit in India too. The film opened with paid premiers on Thursday and action lovers thronged to theatres from the first day itself. John Wick : Chapter Four also gets best reviews compared to its previous films.

The latest installment of Keanu Reeves’ action saga, John Wick: Chapter 4 is being called as simply one of the greatest action films of this generation. The sequel’s long three hour runtime has also didn't work against the film. It has a pure adrenaline rush with fantastic action Choreography and BGM. 

Film’s advance started in India one week before and took a fantastic start at box office. Film crossed 2.50 nett with its paid premiers itself. On Friday and over weekend film has collected more numbers in India than combined total of all new and hold over releases. Film crossed 6.25 cr nett which means 8.75 cr nett total including paid previews. In Saturday film jumped big and collected 9.75 cr nett. Today again film posted a solid number of 10 cr nett.

Film has weekend total of 28.50 cr nett India which makes it first super hit Hollywood film in India in 2023. Film should hold on Monday as reviews are exceptional.
