Happy Birthday To Multi Talented Srinivas Avasarala

Srinivas Avasarala is remembered in both ways. An actor with subtlety and a director with sensibility. Though he made his debut as an actor with Ashta Chemma along with Nani, he has writing background. Srinivas Avasarala has impressed with his performance with animated histrionics in his first film which is a comedy. Later he did full fledged comedy roles in Orange, Saradaga Kasepu, Mugguru. Then with Nani starrer Pilla Zamindar he became a character actor and displayed emotions efficiently.

Later on he played important character roles in films like Anthaka Mundu Aa Tarwatha, Yevade Subrahmanyam, Kanche, A Aa, Gentleman, Ami Thumi, Okka Kshanam, Awe. He also played lead roles in a couple of films like Nootokka Jillala Andagaadu, Oorantha Anukuntunnaru, Babu Baga Busy, Amrutham Chandamamalo. 

He turned director with Oohalu Gusa Gusa Laade with Naga Shaurya as Hero marking the debut of Raashii Khanna in Tollywood. The film became a commercial success and bring him fame also. Since that film, many waited for his next directorial. He made Jyo Achyutananda with Nara Rohit, Naga Shaurya and Regina in lead roles. The film received critical acclaim. Avasarala is known for portraying sensible emotions and for his witty yet humorous Wordplay with his dialogues.

Avasarala Srinivas also penned dialogues for Brahmāstra and Avatar 2 The Way Of Water for their Telugu versions. His latest film Phalana Abbayi Phalana Ammayi starring Naga Shaurya and Malvika Nair is released and now running in theatres.
