Dhanush SIR To Have Early Premier Shows

Dhanush's latest film is Telugu-Tamil bilingual ‘Sir’ (Telugu)’/'Vaathi’ (Tamil) directed by Venky Atluri. The film is slated to release on 17th February in Telugu and Tamil. Makers are planning for premier shows one day before. Recently for Writer Padmabhushan also makers planned early shows all-over Telugu states. But, Sir to have only press show at Hyderabad.

The makers have announced to hold an exclusive premiere of the movie on February 16th. The show will be screened in Prasads Multiplex at 7 PM. The Tamil version’s press show will also be held tomorrow in Chennai. The intention behind this move is clear. The makers wanted positive word of mouth to be out by the morning of release day. So, that the openings on day one and advance bookings for next two days which are public holidays will be good.

Samyuktha played the heroine opposite Dhanush in the movie produced jointly by Naga Vamsi and Sai Soujanya. GV Prakash Kumar scored the music.
