Pathaan censor cuts, Deepika's birthday

Pathaan wished Deepika Padukone on her birthday. Bollywood Badshah Shah Rukh Khan wished Deepika Padukone on her birthday and released a new poster of her from the film Pathaan. Deepika who has been dazzling with her ultra-glamorous poses all these days, however on her birthday sprang a surprise as she turned daring.

In the new poster, Deepika Padukone looked bruised and is seen getting ready for action holding a gun. Sharing the poster, Shah Rukh Khan posted "To my dearest @deepikapadukone - how you have evolved to own the screen in every avatar possible! Always proud and always wishing for you to scale new heights… happy birthday… lots of love..."

John Abraham who is playing the baddie in the film also wished Deepika saying "She is a fierce force of nature! Happy birthday, @deepikapadukone! have a super year ahead!". According to the latest, the censor board members asked the makers of Pathaan to do ten cuts in the final copy and asked them to do away with Deepika's close-up shots of buttocks, 'side pose (partial nudity)' and visuals of sensuous dance movements during the lyrics 'Bahut tang kiya' be censored and replaced with 'suitable shots'.
