Mahesh Did The Right Thing

Mahesh lost his parents Krishna and Indira Devi in the last two months. Superstar Krishna garu passed away on November 15 and the funeral took place yesterday at Mahaprasthanam. It was held as a state funeral. Superstar Krishna garu left this world as a Tollywood legend and more than that he left his legacy as a pure hearted human. Krishna has left a good fortune in the form of Padmalaya Studios and properties. Mahesh also earning very well through his work. There is nothing short of wealth for that family. But, that doesn't mean that they must perform the funeral in a grand manner. Everyone has their own sentiments. 

A section in the media is pointing Krishna's funeral at Maha Prasthanam as Mahesh's sole decision. They are claiming that the funeral should be performed in one of the many sites the family posses and build a memorial at that place instead of simply performing last rites at Maha Prasthanam. Some even claiming that Mahesh even went against the word of Adiseshagiri Rao and Ramesh Babu's wife about the funeral. 

Many are saying Mahesh did the right thing. It is common belief that after death their souls will attain moksha and reach heaven. According to these beliefs only several cremation grounds were formed for every town, villages and areas in cities. It is not about the wealth, many rich people's funerals takes place at cremation places in a formal manner likewise all remaining people. It is based on their decision and sentiments, these final rituals takes place. 

NTR's funeral takes place at the government allocated land while ANR's last rites were performed at Annapurna Studios. It is the personal decision of those families. Mahesh performed the final rituals of his mother Indira Devi at Maha Prasthanam. He performed his father Krishna's funeral also at the same place. Close circles are saying that Mahesh has taken this decision after speaking with his family members only. But, this unnecessary pointing about the funeral is just for the sake of creating controversy. One must stand in support to the family during the tough times rather than causing more pain with own theories.
