After NTR's Superhit Adhurs, Brindavanam carried a lot of expectations as it is being Produced by Dil Raju with then sensational Heroines Kajal and Samantha in female lead roles. Brindavanam written and directed  by Vamshi Paidipally is a package of perfect commercial film. It has love, family drama, action... Director Vamshi effectively blended all these elements into an impressive commercial potboiler.

Music composed by Thaman became huge hit even before the release of the film. The songs were shot captivatingly onscreen utilising NTR's dancing prowess, picturesque locations and Kajal, Samantha's glamour. The film has a very strong and talented cast which involves Prakash Raj, Sri Hari, Brahmanandam, Thanikella Bharani, Brahmaji, Ajay, Venu Madhav, Ahuthi Prasad etc.,. It collected a share of 35+ crores in its full run running 50 days in 158 centers. The film has completed 12 years of its release today.
