Chiranjeevi's Godfather is releasing across the world on October 5, 2022. The makers today promoted the film in an extravagant manner in Mumbai, Maharashtra. Two mega stars Chiranjeevi and Salman Khan interacted with the scribes after releasing the powerful teaser of Godfather in Hindi.

Chiranjeevi showered praises on Salman Khan saying “Salman Khan has taken the responsibility on my behalf to entertain you towards the climax. It has come out brilliantly,” Chiranjeevi even spoke about the sequel for Godfather. He said "As of now,  I don't have any idea." and continued 'While we were showing the last reel, director Mohan Raja kept one or two unnecessary scenes. After those scenes and hearing about my reentry from the underworld, I asked my director if he had any idea of making part two. My director said no sir."

Chiranjeevi teased "I was talking to Prithviraj Sukumaran, the original director and he said that L2 is coming very well. If you are interested, hear the subject. So possibilities are there to make God Father," Salman Khan who is listening said that he is happy that another film is confirmed for him with Chiranjeevi. Salman Khan said he spoke one dialogue in Telugu and the rest in Hindi. He showered praises on Ram Charan and said they shot for a song in his film which also features Venkatesh and Jagapathi Babu. He said  "True story, we were shooting in Hyderabad and Venky came to meet me and Ram Charan he wants to do with them. He said he wants to be in the same frame with me and Venky. I said no no, let's talk about this tomorrow. And the next day, Ram got his costume and everything and stood before us. He said he wants to be here, so we said we would love to have him too. But I asked is it ok for you to be here. He said yeah and that's how it happened."

He sang praises on the South saying he would love to do more films in the South though Bollywood actors dream of going to Hollywood.
