How Balakrishna, Pawan Kalyan is different from Chiranjeevi, NTR, and others
>Generally, film stars stay away from politics so that they can avoid unnecessary controversies. However, after Sr NTR's sensation in politics in Tollywood, almost all the Tollywood stars got smitten with politics and tested their luck but none could replicate their magic. Sr NTR's son Balakrishna became Hindupur MLA and is balancing both films and politics. Jr NTR, the grandson of Sr NTR, once campaigned for TDP but despite drawing big crowds couldn't help the party to come to power and from then on stayed aloof.
Chiranjeevi after burning his hands with politics stayed away from it and is enjoying doing films. Pawan Kalyan even after seeing his brother Chiranjeevi failing in politics, decided to rewrite history by starting his own party Jana Sena but got a huge shock when he was defeated in both the constituencies. Still, Pawan Kalyan is working hard to make his mark in politics.
But in the meantime, looking at the recent developments, one feels that Balakrishna and Pawan Kalyan are brave enough to call spade a spade and take on the powerful opponents and their might unlike Chiranjeevi, Jr NTR and other stars who dance to their tunes. During the theatre's controversy and ticket rates issues, Pawan Kalyan was the first person to take on the YSRCP government and expose its arrogance blasting AP CM Jagan Mohan Reddy and the ministers. He did not care even though his films Vakeel Saab and Bheemla Nayak were targeted.
This is unlike his brother Chiranjeevi who led a delegation to AP CM Jagan Mohan Reddy and got insulted when he was made to walk through the entire stretch to the assembly and was made to bend and beg in front of Jagan Mohan Reddy. In the process, he insulted stars like Prabhas, Mahesh Babu, Rajamouli, and others. At the same time, Balakrishna refused to meet CM Jagan and unleashed his film Akhanda which became a massive hit. The same is the case with Pawan Kalyan whose Bheemla Nayak became a super hit.
Now when AP CM Jagan Mohan Reddy controversially changed the name of NTR Health University to YSR Health University, Jr NTR spoke in a meek tone expressing his opposition and balanced in such a way that even Jagan Mohan Reddy will not get offended when he branded Sr NTR and YSR as great personalities. This is unlike Balakrishna who blasted CM Jagan Mohan Reddy for the decision in a powerful manner. This exposed the slave mentality of Chiranjeevi, NTR, and other stars like Nagarjuna, Manchu Vishnu, Mohan Babu, Mahesh Babu, Prabhas, Rajamouli, and others unlike the bravery of Balakrishna and Pawan Kalyan.
