Project K: First of its kind in India

Prabhas' Project K is making waves across the country. The presence of dazzling damsels Deepika Padukone, Disha Patani and the towering personality Big B Amitabh Bachchan is becoming the talking point. The film is a sci fi thriller which is progressing in full swing under the direction of Nag Ashwin. 

According to sources, Project K is first of its kind in India and is the first ever actioner. A source close to the film unit, speaking to scribes revealed “It’s set in the future and revolves around the timeline of World War 3.  The film has as many as 5 prolonged action blocks and in a one-of-its-kind strategy, the producers have hired multiple action directors to design the epic battle unfold on the screen,”and continued “The action scenes in the film are of such magnitude that giving it to just one action director would not do justice to the vision. Every action block of Project K is equivalent to multiple action blocks in a feature film. And that’s the reason why four to five different action units are working on the film.”

The source then shares a mouthwatering development saying “Amitabh Bachchan’s character in the film is inspired by Ashwathama. In fact, he also has a big action sequence alongside Prabhas in the film. The audience would get to see a full-fledged action avatar of Big B after a long time,” The makers are taking extreme care and are not thinking twice to go for reshoots if they are not satisfied with the output at the edit table itself. Plans are on to wrap the project in 2023 and release  the film in 2024.
