Liger Day 1 gross-out

Vijay Devarakonda, Ananya Pandey's Liger directed by Puri Jagannath had an extravagant release across the world on August 25, and its Hindi version released on August 26. Liger has grossed Rs 33.12 Cr on its opening day worldwide in all languages. The movie received encouraging reports in other languages as well, thus it got an earth-shattering opening all over. It’s huge attainment that the movie was released on a weekday to gross a massive 33.12 Cr on the first day.

The weekend and then Ganesh Chaturthi holiday (Wednesday) is going to help the movie, it will help mint massive collections on the film's first week. Since there’s no big competition for Liger this week, there will be no stopping the movie. Liger has amassed over half a million dollars overseas and this is a big start in the region. 1 Million in the first weekend is a cakewalk for the mass action entertainer.

The film featured Vijay Devarakonda as the mixed martial arts expert and Mike Tyson played an important role in the film for which Sunil Kashyap tuned the music.
